Hello, I have been thinking about joining your club for a long time now and I have been a lurker, but never attended at all. I am planning to attend the Saturday October event, but I'm confused about the class. I have not done any autocrossing before, so would I go into the novice group?

My car is a 2000 Integra GSR that is lowered on coilovers and I have Bridgestone RE760 tires on 16x7 wheels (plus 1 size).

Thanks,
Jason

Yes, you can run in the novice group.  After you run three events you'll have to move to regular classing, which from the looks of it would be a street touring class.

Hope to see you out there!

I was also curious...do the novices have instructors that go out with them?

Well, had my mechanic check out the car and found the passenger steering rack boot is ripped. Guess, I'll be trying to make it out in November.
