BMW X1 legal to run?

My wife is interested in trying out autocross.  She can't quite reach the pedals on my 5 series due to the seat I put in the car.  Is a BMW 2015 X1 legal to run?  It is the last year of the previous generation.

The front track is 59.1", rear track 60.2", height 60.8" (according to http://www.edmunds.com/bmw/x1/2015/features-specs/).  I don't see it listed in the rule book but it is similar to the Mini Countryman and Nissan Juke which are explicitly illegal.
